There is no fixed amount of content you should be buying. No two companies’ needs are the same, but we will accommodate whatever your needs are.
After you’ve placed an order, a writer will be assigned to your project. Your favored writers will be contacted first to claim the project.
Content is delivered within 7 business days after a project is created. Each draft a writer submits is reviewed by our editing team. Once one of our editors approves the content, it will be sent to your dashboard and you will receive a system-generated email telling you a draft has been submitted.
You can request as many revisions as you require.
Writers are allocated seven business days per revision.
When a project is completed, you will receive an email with a link to download your project. You can also access and download the project anytime from your dashboard.

Projects are assigned to writers based on several criteria, including their specializations, feedback ratings, and claim rates.
Both claim rate and client feedback ratings affect how projects are assigned. If you are consistently rated positively by a client or if a client requests to works with you, we will prioritize you as a favored writer for them.
You have 5 calendar days to submit content. A client may ask for content to be expedited, however, you can turn down expedited projects if you cannot complete them on the agreed-upon date.
If you are unable to complete a project, please contact our support team immediately as we will need to inform the client and reassign the project.
Clients can request as many revisions as they require.

If you are unable to meet the submission deadline, please contact your client through the in-app messenger to request an extension. Your account could be restricted if you failed to submit content on time. We employ warnings to maintain client satisfaction, which in turn ensures a steady flow of work for our writers. If you accumulate two warnings, your account will be restricted and you won’t be able to claim new projects until the restriction period ends. Accounts are typically restricted for a period of six months.

Upon registration, new writers will also receive a series of onboarding emails that feature a range of writer-focused tips and the basics of setting up your profile and Paypal so you can get started on new projects.
All writer payments are sent through PayPal. To ensure your payment goes through, please register with an email that is attached to your PayPal account.
Your balance is paid twice a month, on the 5th and 20th. Projects completed between the 5th and 19th of the month will be paid on the 20th. Projects completed between the 20th of the previous month and the 4th of the current month will be paid on the 5th.
