2023—The Year of the Customer:

How to Cultivate Customer Loyalty Through Content
On-Demand

From renewals to referrals, your customer base is a vast pool of opportunity that warrants ongoing, tailored messaging. Yet too often, our content strategy focuses solely on the prospect journey and deprioritizes strengthening the relationship with your customer. If the last few years have taught marketers anything, it’s the resilience that comes from customer loyalty and advocacy.

That’s why Compose.ly sat down with Winston Wealth Advisor’s new Marketing Director, Jay Madhav, to hear why he’s prioritized customer content along with other SEO best practices to help grow their business. Watch our fireside chat with Jay and Compose.ly's Head of Growth Marketing, Nicole MacLean to hear their thoughts on:

  • Jay’s initial content strategy and playbook for execution
  • Early results from Winston’s Wealth Advisors first customer newsletter
  • 2023 priorities and predictions to help you jumpstart your yearly planning
